Bakalar Flying Club

Bakalar Flying Club, Inc. is a 501c7 non-profit flying club incorporated in 2017 with the purpose of providing a better aviation experience for our members. Our membership group of nearly 30 individuals currently owns a fleet of two aircraft. We have developed a cost structure that provides an attractive alternative to owning or renting.

Both of our aircraft are hangared at Columbus Municipal Airport (KBAK) in Columbus, IN. Our hangar space, provided by EAA Chapter 729, features a conference/flight planning room, restroom and kitchen area.

Our Fleet

Bakalar Flying Club currently owns a fleet of two aircraft. All of our aircraft are fully owned by Bakalar Flying Club, Inc. Aircraft are maintained to the highest level by BAK Aircraft and Bradley Aircraft Company located at Columbus Municipal Airport. Check out the Fleet page for details on each plane.
